All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
In the event of an incorrect price or product information caused by a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a refund of any amount already paid, where applicable.
4. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
An order may be accepted, rejected, or cancelled by us due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, incomplete address details, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our applicable policy.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
Payments made through third-party payment gateways may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.
The Saree Society will never ask you to share your OTP, PIN, CVV, password, or other confidential payment credentials.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver products within India only.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched according to the delivery information displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier delays, transportation issues, incorrect address details, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
7. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be requested before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
8. Exchange Policy
The Saree Society offers an exchange facility within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories, wherever applicable.
Certain products may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for complete details.
Products received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different condition should be reported to us within the applicable period for verification and resolution.
9. Refund Policy
The Saree Society primarily offers exchange instead of refunds for eligible customer-initiated requests.
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise materially different from the order, the matter will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our Exchange Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
